Investigation
We do the heavy lifting for you! After our call, we contact all properties that meet your criteria to check availability. We’ll send you a comprehensive list with property names, prices, square footage, and sometimes even videos of the units, so you can relax while we handle the search.
Touring Time
Pick your favorite properties, and we’ll set up your tours. Found a place we didn’t recommend? Let us schedule the tour, and when you move in, we’ll give you a $50 Amazon Gift Card as a thank-you for letting us do our job.
Time to Apply
After your tours, it’s time to apply! All we ask is that you list us as your referral. We’ll confirm with the property, and when you move in, we get paid directly—making our service completely FREE for you.
