Abby & Tyler
Rivo was founded by Abby and Tyler, two leaders whose experience spans real estate, marketing, apartment locating, leasing, and business growth across multiple markets.
Their backgrounds gave them a firsthand understanding of the industry from different angles — what renters need, what properties expect, and what agents need to build sustainable careers.
Rather than simply creating another apartment locating company, they set out to build something with a larger purpose:
A company designed around people, powered by systems, and built for growth.
That philosophy continues to shape Rivo today.
